Queensland’s premier bi-annual Awards celebrate the spirit of innovation, excellence and collaboration fostered within our highly competitive industry. All companies involved in Queensland’s minerals and energy resources sector, from mining companies right through to contractors and suppliers of any size, will be invited to enter the Awards and gain recognition for their hard work and entrepreneurial spirit.
There’s a category to suit every business, from productivity gains, collaboration, safety, innovations, as well as environmental and community or staff initiatives.
The Awards provide a rare opportunity for businesses of any type to present their successes to a large, diverse group of key industry influencers, and to receive the acknowledgement of their peers on several levels.
Award winners will be recognised for the quality outcomes they provide to the resources industry as well as for their commitment to innovation, and the delivery of projects that are safer, smarter, faster and more efficient.
The Gala Awards Presentation Dinner is planned for Wednesday 24 July 2024 in the heart of the Bowen Basin at the Mackay Entertainment and Convention Centre, as a signature event of the Queensland Mining & Engineering Exhibition (QME).
The Queensland Resources Council returns as our major event partner in 2024, affirming the significance of the Awards as a benchmark for industry performance.
